Most of our products come from overseas suppliers, which naturally means delivery can take a bit longer. The exact timing often depends on your location, so it’s best to expect some variation.
Occasionally, a package may arrive later than the original estimate. These delays are rare but can happen for reasons beyond our control. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, and the practices of international couriers all have the potential to extend the shipping window. We appreciate your patience if any of these situations affect your order.
We’re here to help if something goes wrong. For items that arrive damaged or for packages that are lost in transit, we can step in to resolve the issue. The key is to notify us promptly. We need to receive proof of the damage or loss within 5 days of the goods being received. Once we have that documentation, we can work on a suitable accommodation.
When a return is initiated, the shipping costs to send the item back fall to you. Those original shipping charges are also not refundable. If a refund is processed, the amount you paid for return shipping will be taken out of the total refunded. The only exception to this is when an item is damaged and needs a replacement. In that specific case, we will cover the shipping.
A package can’t reach its destination if the address provided isn’t correct. We can’t take responsibility for deliveries that fail due to an inaccurate address entered at checkout. Double-checking those details before finalizing your order is the best way to prevent this.
Remember, for any lost or damaged items, that 5-day window to send us proof is crucial. Reaching out within that period allows us to address the situation effectively.
